Overview
By accessing covr applications and services through software or tankcovr.in, users accept binding terms. Waltr Technologies (Kre38 Labs Pvt. Ltd.) reserves modification rights without prior notice, requiring users to review terms periodically.
1. License Grant
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install the covr app on a single personal device for non-commercial use only.
Prohibited activities include:
Copying, modifying, or distributing the app or its content
Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the software
Making app functionality available to multiple users through shared access
Using the app for any commercial purpose without written consent
2. Account Requirements
Creating an account requires truthful information and legal age compliance
Users must maintain password confidentiality and cannot share accounts
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of account access
3. Payment and Refunds
Payment information authorization extends to third-party processors. No refunds or credits will be provided by Kre38 Labs, other than as set forth in these Terms.
4. Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any content they upload. By uploading content, users grant Waltr Technologies the rights to store, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to provide services.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users cannot:
Use services for commercial purposes without authorization
Track others without permission
Intercept communications
Interfere with network access or service infrastructure
Submit infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal content
6. Warranties
Hardware products carry a one-year limited warranty. The app and services are provided "AS IS" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Waltr Technologies disclaims liability for consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at amounts users paid for services in the preceding twelve months.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Indian law governs these Terms. Courts in Bengaluru alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute arising out of these Terms.
