One-Time Purchase
covr products are available for a one-time upfront payment with no hidden fees or mandatory subscriptions. The purchase includes the cost of the device and standard product support.
Flexible EMI Options
Customers can choose Easy Monthly Installments (EMI) through select payment partners, making covr more accessible. EMI options vary based on the selected payment method at checkout.
Transparent and All-Inclusive Pricing
The price displayed on our product pages is the total amount payable, inclusive of all applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges. We ensure complete pricing transparency with no hidden costs.
Bulk Orders and Business Pricing

Shipping and Delivery
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
If you need to update your shipping address or correct any details, please reply to the confirmation email at the earliest. We are unable to update your shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive regular shipping updates from our delivery partner, keeping you informed throughout the delivery process until completion.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once the order is picked up by the courier and marked as Shipped or In Transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, only a replacement will be provided if the product is found to be damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect or delivery issue.
Replacements are processed within 7 business days. To be eligible for a replacement, we recommend recording a video while unboxing the product to serve as proof that any damage occurred during delivery and not after. Please ensure that all accessories and original packaging are returned along with the product.

Waltr Technologies reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of product unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
Warranty and Refund Policy
All covr products come with a standard one-year warranty. While we do not accept returns, we offer replacements for defective or malfunctioning products as per the terms of our warranty. Please refer to our return and replacement policy on tankcovr.in for more details.
If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
